Returns and Refund Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

If you buy goods online in the UK, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, for most standard items bought at a distance. If you cancel within this period, you then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

This statutory right applies in addition to any extra returns period we choose to offer.

 

2. Our 30-Day Return Period

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • returned within the applicable return period,

  • unused and in the same condition you received them,

  • complete with original packaging where reasonably possible.

 

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us first at giorgionefranco@libero.it with your order details.

Returns should be sent to:

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process any approved refund.

We aim to issue refunds within 10 days of receiving the returned item, or within 10 days of agreeing that a refund is due where a return is not required.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

 

5. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Not as Described Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

 

6. Return Shipping Costs

We provide free returns for eligible items within the applicable return period.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

We accept returns for all items except products that have been used or opened.

Items must be returned in their original condition and must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

 

8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item in line with this policy and place a new order.

 

9. Pre-Orders

Pre-order cancellations are addressed in our Pre-Order Policy. Where a pre-order has already been dispatched, returns will be handled under this Returns and Refund Policy unless your statutory rights provide otherwise.
